Enter code provided by the tech and then press the arrow button.
A file that begins with "ClickSupport.Client" should download in the upper right hand corner of your browser. Click on it to run it.
You may get a warning verifying that you want to run the file. Press Run.
More than likley you will get a prompt to allow "ScreenConnect.ClientService.exe" to make changes to your computer. This is important if our technition is going to be making changess to your device. Press yes if the tech needs admin access while connected.
